In January 2014 the Inspire Group became more diverse offering specialist community based support, assessments,  supported living and accommodation, training and education for looked-after children, care leavers, parents and families. Our experienced and dedicated team meets the hardest to reach needs and client circumstances throughout St Helens, Wigan, Bury and Bolton areas. Our creative and unique service works in partnership with local authorities and other professionals to provide bespoke packages to our service users in dignified and respectful manner, which is the cornerstone of our service delivery.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of positions in the Wigan, St Helens, Bury and Bolton areas including relief support staff across our Supported Living Services so please feel free to apply for the following positions:

Community Support Worker

Salary: £10.63 – £11.36 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience and £45-night support allowance. This equates to approximately £25.800.00-£27,000.00 per annum based on experience, 37 hrs per week and between 8-10 sleep ins per month.

Experience/Qualifications: Desirable although not essential as full training will be given
Hours: Full time (based on a rota) or as required for Relief CSW’s
Location: (North West)
Role: To provide support to looked-after children, care leavers or families within their own homes, the community or within supported accommodation provided by Inspire or the local authority.

Senior Community Support Worker

Salary:  £11.62 – £12.40 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications and £45-night support allowance. This equates to approximately £27,500.00.00-£29,000.00 per annum based on experience, 37 hrs per week and between 8-10 sleep ins per month.

Hours: Full time (based on a rota)
Location: (North West)
Role: To provide support to looked-after children, care leavers or families within their own homes, the community or within supported accommodation  by Inspire or the local authority. Assisting the Management Team to ensure that all responsibilities with the service are met.
